This is a rented Chrysler 300C working the hemi. It is a pretty intense burnout. There can't be much rubber left on the tires. When I found this on youtube there were quite a number of videos of different rentals where people seemed to have rented them to do burnouts, drive in reverse then shift into drive and other assorted tricks
